At Lumiere Shades, we are dedicated to providing you with the finest lighting products that bring warmth and style to your living spaces. While we strive for perfection, we understand that there may be rare instances where a product doesn't quite meet your expectations or arrives damaged.
To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, please take a moment to review our returns and refund policy.
RETURNS POLICY
Change your mind or wish to return or exchange an item, we are happy to offer a store credit.
To initiate this process, please follow these steps :
1. Contact our customer support team at hello@lumiereshades.com immediately and provide the screenshot of your order receipt.
2. Upon receiving your request, we will assess the situation and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Please note there is a 7 day limit on returns. Lumiere Shades does not cover the shipping fees, taxes, and we do not provide a return label. All applicable fees will be deducted from your store credit. Return shipping fees is covered by the buyer
The merchandise will be returned to our studio, where we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that receiving a damaged or faulty item can be disappointing. Please know that we're here to assist you promptly.
If you encounter such a situation, kindly reach out to us at hello@lumiereshades.com and follow these simple steps :
1. If you observe any damage to the packaging upon receiving the item, we kindly request that you take a photo of the box.
2. When opening the product, please record a short video to document the process and showcase any damage encountered.
3. Capture a clear photo of the damaged product and provide a brief description detailing the issue.
Refund Duration
We aim to process refunds within 30 days of receiving and checking the returned item, with funds returned to your PayPal account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Lumiere Shades, we understand that plans can change. However, please note that since our products are all custom orders, handmade in Bali, cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun.
Order Cancellation
You have a window of 48 hours from the time of placing your order to initiate a cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, we're unable to cancel it. However, you can still return the item following our Returns Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you find yourself beyond the initial 48-hour window, you can still cancel your order; however, please be aware that a 15% Cancellation Fee will apply.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
